FAQ – Questions about seats and decorations

Is the print on the poufs safe?: Yes, we use eco-friendly water-based sublimation inks. They are odorless and safe for all users, including children.
Can these seats be used outdoors?: Most of our products are made of polyester, which performs well outdoors. In case of moisture or dirt, the covers can be easily cleaned or washed.
What is inside the pouf?: Depending on the model, the filling is either high-density EPS pearls (in bean bags) or a stable core made of hard polyurethane foam (in cube poufs).
Can I order just the cover with a new design?: Yes, if you already have our fillings, you can order just the covers. This is a cost-effective way to update your marketing campaign.
