Rules for Posting Reviews

§ 1. General Provisions

This Review Rules document sets out the rules and procedures regarding the posting of customer reviews, verification of reviews in the online store and social media, procedures for posting, modifying, and removing reviews, user liability for the content of posted reviews, and personal data processing in connection with reviews in the online store https://shop.laboprint.eu/en/, operated by Labo Print S.A. with its registered office in Poznań at ul. Szczawnickiej 1, entered into the register of entrepreneurs by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000387772, NIP: 7792385780 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller-Entrepreneur”).
This Review Rules is publicly available on the website https://shop.laboprint.eu/en/.

§ 2. Definitions

  1. Seller-Entrepreneur – the owner of the online store operating under the name Labo Print S.A. with its registered office in Poznań at ul. Szczawnickiej 1, entered into the register of entrepreneurs by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000387772, NIP: 7792385780.
  2. Customer means: Consumer – a natural person entering into a legal transaction with the Seller-Entrepreneur that is not directly related to their business or professional activity; Entrepreneur – a natural person conducting business activity, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality to which the law grants legal capacity, making a purchase as part of their business or professional activity.
  3. Online Store – the website located at https://shop.laboprint.eu/en/.
  4. Social Media – platforms such as Facebook on which the Online Store maintains official accounts.
  5. User – any natural or legal person visiting the Online Store or using its services.
  6. Review – the content of a Customer's statement regarding a product or service purchased in the Online Store.
  7. Product – any goods or services offered for sale by the Seller-Entrepreneur in the Online Store.

§ 3. Rules for Posting Reviews

  1. The Seller-Entrepreneur enables Customers to post reviews about products purchased in the Online Store.
  2. The Seller-Entrepreneur publishes both positive and negative reviews on the website that do not violate applicable law.
  3. The Seller-Entrepreneur publishes only reviews from Customers who have purchased the product in the Online Store or received the product through barter cooperation with the Seller-Entrepreneur.

§ 4. Verification Rules

Upon receiving a review, the Seller-Entrepreneur verifies its origin by checking if it comes from a Customer who actually purchased the product in the Online Store or entered into barter cooperation.
The Seller-Entrepreneur does not publish reviews from unverified users or persons/entities that are not Customers of the Online Store.
The Seller-Entrepreneur publishes only reviews on the website and in social media that comply with these Rules and legal regulations; it may synchronize reviews with external review platforms (Google, Trustpilot, Facebook) in accordance with those platforms' rules and with the Customer's consent.

§ 5. Posting, Modification, and Removal Procedure

  1. The Seller-Entrepreneur first verifies the origin of the received review from the Customer.
  2. Publication decision: if the review does not come from a Customer – it is not published and is deleted; if it does – it is published in accordance with §4 para. 3.
  3. The Seller-Entrepreneur publishes reviews in their original form as submitted by the Customer, but reserves the right to modify or remove reviews that contain offensive or vulgar content, violate law, contain false or misleading information, relate to unavailable or withdrawn products, include confidential information or trade secrets, personal data, infringe third-party rights including copyrights or intellectual property, harm competitors' reputation, or include visual materials violating copyrights or image rights.
  4. In case of objections to a review: complaints should be submitted electronically to [email protected] within 14 days of publication, with detailed justification; the Seller-Entrepreneur considers them within 30 business days.
    The Seller-Entrepreneur reserves the right to post responses to customer reviews to clarify issues or provide additional information, and may archive reviews for withdrawn products after 3 months while complying with legal data retention requirements.

§ 6. Liability for Review Content

  1. The Seller-Entrepreneur is not liable for the content of published reviews.
  2. Customers bear exclusive responsibility for the content of reviews and any damages or claims arising therefrom.
  3. Customers must post reviews in accordance with law and good morals, especially Entrepreneurs considering fair competition rules, and are fully liable for visual materials attached, including compliance with copyrights and image rights.

§ 7. Personal Data Processing

  1. The Administrator (Seller-Entrepreneur) is the controller of Customers' personal data and data of persons indicated by Customers. Personal data is processed in accordance with law, particularly GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), for purposes related to Store operations including sales contracts, archiving, and marketing of services/Products; provision is voluntary.
  2. Personal data may be shared with entities entitled by law (e.g., judicial authorities) and is protected against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, destruction, or modification via technical/organizational measures.
  3. Full details on data processing are in the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy at https://shop.laboprint.eu/en/privacy-policy-and-cookies; data subjects have rights to access, rectification, erasure, and restriction per GDPR.

§ 8. Final Provisions

In matters not covered, Polish Civil Code, Electronic Services Act, and other applicable laws apply.
These Rules enter into force on the date of publication on the Seller-Entrepreneur's website.
