DELIVERY

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery price depends on the total weight of the order. To find out the delivery cost, you need to add products to the cart and proceed to the summary - the delivery price will be visible. For larger orders, pallet shipping and individual delivery price arrangements are possible. In such cases, please send an inquiry to [email protected] providing the type and quantity of products as well as the delivery address.

How long does order fulfillment take?

Order fulfillment takes up to 5 business days, plus shipping time. The courier company theoretically also has 3 business days for delivery. In practice, the finished product usually arrives on the 3rd or 4th business day from the moment of placing and paying for the order with the correct file provided.

PAYMENTS

How can I pay for my order?

Payment for the order can be made via electronic payments or standard bank transfer. The following payment methods are available:

  • PayU payments
  • PayPal payments
  • Credit/debit card (via PayU or PayPal services)
  • Traditional bank transfer to the following details:

If after choosing electronic payment I was not redirected to the bank's page/or received an error, what should I do?

If there was a problem during payment, you may place the order again or pay by traditional bank transfer including the order number in the transfer title.

Is cash on delivery available?

Cash on delivery is not available. Prepayment is required for the order to be accepted for processing.

ACCOUNT

Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?

Yes, creating an account is required to use the full functionality of the store.

How can I create an account on Shop.LaboPrint.Eu?

To create an account and register, click the "Register" button in the top right corner of the page, then fill out the registration form, accept the terms and conditions, and click "Create account." A verification link will be sent to the email address provided in the form. To confirm registration and activate the customer account, click the link sent.

What are the benefits of creating an account in the store?

By registering, you can shop faster, save delivery addresses, track order statuses, keep order history, and more.

What should I do if I forget my account password?

If you registered and forgot your password, go to login ("Log in" in the top right corner), then click "Forgot password," enter the email address you used for registration, and click "Reset my password." An email with a password reset link will be sent allowing you to set a new password.

ORDERS

What must I do to have my order accepted for processing?

To have your order accepted, add products to the cart, provide delivery data, confirm and pay for the order, and upload print-ready graphic files prepared on the die-cut template according to specifications (if the order involves printed products).

Where can I check the status of my order?

The main information about your order is the order status visible after logging into your account. Each time the status changes, you will receive an email with the current status.

How to deliver the graphic design for printing?

The graphic should be prepared on the die-cut template (if available for download on the product page) and according to the specifications. You can upload the graphic file in your customer account after placing the order by going to its details. Alternatively, you can send files to [email protected]. If sending files via email, please clearly specify which file corresponds to which product and in what quantities.

What if I want to order one product type in a larger quantity but with several different print designs?

In that case, please order the needed quantity of that product and send graphic files to [email protected] clearly describing which file should be printed in what quantities. Additional fees may apply for each file.

Is it enough to describe how the graphic should look?

No, we do not prepare graphics. To fulfill your order, we must receive print-ready files prepared according to the specifications.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been accepted for processing. In such cases, please contact Customer Service to arrange possible modifications or cancellations.
