Delivery
+ How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on the total weight of your order. To check the exact shipping cost, add products to your cart and proceed to checkout — the delivery price will be visible before placing your order.
For larger orders, pallet shipping and individual delivery pricing are available. In such cases, please contact us at [email protected] with details about the products, quantities and delivery address.
+ How long does order processing take?
Processing time depends on the product and configuration. Standard production time is up to 5 business days, plus shipping time.
In practice, finished products are usually delivered within 3–4 business days from the moment the order is placed and paid, and once correct print-ready files are provided (if applicable).
Payments
+ How can I pay for my order?
You can pay online or via traditional bank transfer. Production begins once payment has been received. For bank transfers, the start of production depends on when the funds are credited to our account.

Orders are processed only after payment has been received.
+ I selected online payment but was not redirected or received an error. What should I do?
If a payment issue occurs, you can place the order again or pay via bank transfer. Please include your order number in the transfer title to ensure quick payment identification.
+ Is cash on delivery available?
No — we do not offer cash on delivery. Prepayment is required for the order to be processed.
Account
+ Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No — you can place an order without creating an account. However, having an account provides additional benefits: faster future purchases, saved delivery addresses, order status tracking and access to your order history.
+ How can I create an account in the Shop.LaboPrint.eu online store?
Click “Register” in the top right corner of the website, complete the form, accept the terms and select “Create Account”. You will receive a verification link via email — click it to activate your account.
+ What are the benefits of creating an account?
With an account, you can shop faster, save delivery addresses, track order statuses and access your purchase history.
+ What should I do if I forgot my password?
Go to the login page, click “Forgot your password?”, enter your email address and select “Reset my password”. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
Orders
+ What do I need to do for my order to be processed?
Add products to your cart, provide delivery details, confirm the order and complete payment. If your order includes printed products, please upload print-ready files prepared according to our specifications.
+ Where can I check the status of my order?
Order status is visible after logging into your account. Additionally, you will receive an email notification whenever the status changes.
+ How can I submit print files?
Prepare files according to the specification. You can upload them in your customer account after placing the order, by opening the order details, or send them to [email protected] (please clearly specify which file corresponds to which product and quantity).
+ Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet entered production. Please contact Customer Service to confirm available options.
