Is the tent difficult to transport?: Not at all. Once folded, our tents fit into convenient transport bags, making them easy to carry in a passenger car and safe to store.
How does the tent behave during heavy rain?: The canopy is made of waterproof polyester fabric with protected seams. The tent effectively guards against precipitation; however, we recommend folding it during extreme weather events.
Can I buy just the custom fabric for my existing frame?: Yes, we offer the possibility to order only the canopy or walls. However, please ensure that the dimensions and fastening system are compatible with your specific frame before purchasing.
How should I clean the tent fabric?: Dirt is best removed with a soft sponge, lukewarm water, and a mild detergent. Always ensure the material is completely dry before folding the tent for long-term storage.
