Recommendations for Advertising Flag Maintenance and Usage
Usage of Advertising Flags
- An advertising flag mounted on a mast must fly freely. Care should be taken to ensure it does not touch building facades, power lines, fences, or any other elements that could damage it.
- The advertising flag should be removed from the mast when wind speeds exceed 60 km/h to avoid damage. It is recommended to lower the advertising flag to half-mast when wind reaches 30 km/h.
- The advertising flag should be washed immediately if it becomes soiled.
- It is advisable to wash the advertising flag at least every 30 days.
Advertising Flag Maintenance
- The advertising flag can be washed in a household or industrial washing machine at temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius.
- Avoid using chlorine-containing agents.
- In case of heavy soiling, pre-treat the flag using soap or fabric detergent.
- Do not rub or scrape the fabric to remove dirt.
- The advertising flag must not be dry cleaned or treated with gasoline-based chemicals or solvents.
- Ironing of advertising flags should be done using an iron or press at a temperature suitable for polyester fabrics.
