FAQ – Frequently asked questions about roll-ups

What is blockout material?: It is a special substrate with a black layer inside that prevents light from shining through, even when placed against a window. It also has high resistance to "curling" at the edges.
Can I replace the graphics in the cassette?: While technically possible, it requires caution due to the spring mechanism. For the best result and durability, we recommend purchasing a new system with the graphics already professionally mounted.
How should I maintain my roll-up?: Always pull the graphics up and let them down smoothly, holding the top rail. Ensure the print is clean and dry before rolling it back into the cassette.
