Returns and complaints

Below you will find clear rules regarding complaints and withdrawal from the contract (returns). If you need legal details, please refer to the Store Terms and Conditions.

We care about a smooth process - the more information you provide in your request (order number, problem description, photos), the faster we can help.

Returns (withdrawal from contract)

A consumer and an entrepreneur with consumer rights may withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from receiving the product (in multi-product orders - from receiving the last product).

    Submit your withdrawal via the contact form, e-mail or by post to the company address.

    Pack the product securely. The product should show no signs of use, be in its original undamaged packaging and include all components.

    Return the shipment without delay, no later than within 14 days. The return cost is borne by the Customer.

    We process refunds, as a rule, within 14 days from the return decision, not earlier than after receiving the product or proof of return.
  • +
    The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to Dedicated Products (customised/made-to-order) and in other cases described in the Terms and Conditions.

If you exceed the withdrawal deadline, the returned product may be sent back to you at your expense. Using the product beyond what is necessary to check its characteristics may reduce the refund value.

Complaints

You may submit a complaint, among others, in the case of non-compliance of the product with the contract or improper performance of the service. Below you will find a simple instruction and information about deadlines.

    Submit your complaint via the contact form, e-mail or by post to the company address.

    Provide order identification details (e.g. e-mail used in the store), describe the problem and indicate the expected solution.

    Attach materials helpful for verification (e.g. photos). We may request additional information.
  • +
    If returning the product is necessary, we will send shipping instructions. Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.

Separate rules and deadlines apply to entrepreneurs (without consumer rights).
