2. Your data will be processed for the purpose of:
   1. fulfilling the contract for the provision of services specified in the Shop.LaboPrint.eu online store regulations (based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
   2. fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller;
   3. marketing of own products or services, including personalized ones (based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
   4. pursuing or securing claims (based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
   5. enabling you to use the newsletter service, based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. Your personal data processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract for the provision of services specified in the Shop.LaboPrint.eu online store regulations and for fulfilling the Controller’s legal obligation will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its expiration for the period necessary for:
   1. post-sale service (e.g., handling complaints);
   2. securing or pursuing claims;
   3. fulfilling the Controller’s legal obligation (e.g., arising from tax and accounting regulations).

   Your personal data processed for the marketing of own products or services on the basis of a legitimate legal interest will be processed until the objection is raised by the data subject.
   Your personal data processed based on separate consent will be stored until the consent is withdrawn.

You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest or direct marketing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR;
6. Providing your personal data in order to fulfill the contract for the provision of services specified in the Shop.LaboPrint.eu online store regulations is a condition for concluding the contract. You are obliged to provide them, and failure to provide personal data will result in the impossibility of concluding the contract and providing the services. Providing your personal data for the newsletter service is voluntary.
7. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner.
8. Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing them on order, i.e., carriers, postal operators, accounting service providers, partners providing technical services (development and maintenance of IT systems and websites), debt collection companies;
9. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries/international organizations.
